With marabou and sili legs, this fly has lots of intricate motion to draw strikes, as well as the profile that resembles most bottom dwelling critters.  Tied on a 90 degree Jig hook with a brass cone and rattle, the fly will ride hook up to avoid snags to fish fearlessly around rock piles and other structure.
